Our natural spring water source is of unmatched purity. This water has gathered underneath the surface of our land, totally uncontaminated and naturally filtered through the lava for hundreds of years and formed underground natural spring water streams.

The extraordinary volume of this high quality water has been measured at 22 cbm/sec., making this source perhaps the richest natural spring water source in the North Atlantic.     

Our land area is untouched and uninhabited rural land, yet its location provides potentail for highly efficient infrastructure, i.e. access to harbor, ocean, close proximity to Reykjavik capital (50 km), etc.
